If you have a 0% introductory or promotional APR balance transfer and also use your Account to make Purchases, you can avoid paying interest if you pay the “Payment to Avoid Purchase Interest” amount shown within the ‘Payment Information’ box on your account statement.

1Eligible purchases do not include purchases of any cash equivalents, money orders, and/or gift cards or reloading of gift cards. For the TD Cash credit cards, maximum bonus accumulation for this promotional offer is 15,000 points which can be redeemed for $150 Cash Back rewards. Provided your TD Cash Credit Card account is open and in good standing, the $150 Cash Back rewards will be reflected in the Points Summary of your Credit Card statement in 6 to 8 weeks after you spend $1,000 in total net purchases within the first 90 days of account opening. This offer only applies to new TD Cash Credit Card accounts during the promotional period and is non-transferable. This online offer is not available if you open an account in response to a different offer that you may receive from us.

Dining: The Dining Spend Category may include merchants that are primarily sit-down, fine dining and/or fast-food restaurants.

Entertainment: The Entertainment Spend Category may include merchants with their primary business is for recreational and entertainment services including movie theaters, ticket agencies, amusement parks and tourist attractions.

Gas Stations: The Gas Stations Spend Category may include merchants selling automotive gasoline at the pump or inside the station.

Grocery Stores: The Grocery Stores Spend Category may include merchants that offer a full line of groceries including a deli, bakery and meat department. Their primary products include grocery items and include smaller convenience stores and bakeries.

Travel: The Travel Spend Category may include merchants offering the purchase of airline tickets, hotel stays, car rental agencies, train tickets, bus lines, travel agencies, cruise lines along with parking and tolls.

** The Gas Station offer works by applying an additional 4% Cash Back for each $1 spent on eligible purchases spent at Gas Stations for the first 6 months from the account open date, or until you reach $6,000 in Gas Station purchases, whichever occurs first. At account opening, the Gas Station Spend Category will be assigned to the 1% Reward tier. Superstores and warehouse clubs will only qualify for one (1) point, regardless of merchant category code (MCC).
